Are utilities included in the rent?
Tenant pays the electric. Trash, sewer, water and internet are included in the rent.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, parking is available. There are 48 spaces available for lease at $980/annual for garage parking and $790/annual for uncovered parking on a first come first serve basis. Spaces are leased on a yearly lease and payment for parking is due at the beginning of the lease
Do you have on-site laundry?
Each unit includes a full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer and spacious laundry room/pantry
Is the building secure?
The building is accessed by key fob at the main entrance and is monitored by security cameras in all the common areas and outside spaces.
What furniture is provided?
One twin bed, one dresser and one desk per tenant. In the common area; kitchen table and chairs, 2 sofas, and one coffee table
Is there an application fee?
No application fee, each tenant needs to submit an individual application.
What is the lease term?
It is a 360 day lease starting on June 5th and running through May 30th each year. Rent is payable in 12 monthly installments. If you are looking for a longer term lease ask about our 2 year lease term discount.
How do we reserve a unit?
In order to reserve a unit we need an approved application for each tenant, a signed lease and the security deposit equal to one month's rent paid.
Are the rental prices per tenant?
The listed rental prices are per month per tenant.
If we join the wait list when will we know if we have an apartment available?
We know apartment availability by September 15th. We will contact the wait list in the order the applications have been received. Please be aware that these units rent very quickly once the become available and are leased on a first come, first serve basis. We do not reserve apartments until the lease is signed and the deposit is paid.
How can we tour an apartment?
In order to tour an apartment your group must submit an application for each tenant first, once the applications are received we will schedule a tour for your group.
