Heritage Place

We are local, family owned, and operated.  This building was built by us on the former site of our family home that we grew up in, which is why we named it Heritage Place.  From your application and leasing to maintenance requests or anything else that comes up you will be dealing with one of us.  We have over thirty years of experience in the student rental market at University of Delaware.  We look forward to providing you with a clean, safe environment with good service and a personal touch.  We will work to make Heritage Place your home away from home!
